Our Little Samurai class helps younger children around the ages of 3-7 learn to develop listening, focus, and discipline all while having fun. The Little Samurais Belt Rank System breaks all movements down further in detail in fun and creative way! This allows us to give more individual attention to each student.

Martial Arts for Kids

The Martial Arts for Kids program is a great in that it is not only a great source of exercise but life values such as teamwork, responsibility, time management, discipline, respect and more. We do this by constantly challenging the students as they move up in ranks to earn rewards along side their requirements for Martial Arts. Students will also have the chance to learn many new forms of Martial Arts such as Tae Kwon Do, Weapons, Acrobatics, and more.

Martial Arts & Fitness for Adults

One Take's Adult Martial Arts & Fitness classes are a great way to stay in shape and learn self defense. Martial Arts is a great full body work out that also builds on your cardio and stamina. Our main style of Martial Arts is Tae Kwon Do and Karate however we incorporate many other styles and strongly believe in the fact that the more styles you know the better.

However more importantly we believe in helping each student learn about themselves and build more confidence within themselves. Martial Arts is also a great activity to do with friends or family members! It is a great way to build on bonds and creates a common interest that you may share with them for years to come.
